WAVES GOODBYE CONCERT

STARTS AT SLOTSTORVET AFTER THE CLOSING PERFORMANCE

After a week full of new impressions and fantastic theater experiences, we close WAVES Festival 2021 with a bang of a closing party. The music is in the expert hands of Peter Kehl’s Pocket Brassband, a compact street brass band that can liven up any occasion with their mix of New Orleans funk classics and famous pop songs with added brass (!). There is a party and dance guarantee, and you will feel like you were in Mardi Gras, New Orleans the moment the concert starts. It begins on Slotstorvet as soon as Saturday’s closing performance has ended. The band start up here and then march towards STARS, where the concert and party will take place. Hopefully there will be lots of happy WAVES guests following the band, because there is FREE ADMISSION to the party and lots of space on the dance floor.
The members of the band come from i.a. WonderBrazz, Jazzfive, DR Big Band, Thorbjørn Risager & The Black Tornado and Tuesday Night Brass Band.
