In a magical, circus-inspired universe, the outcasts, abnormal and insane dance. The performance has become a tribute to Bobò, the deaf and nonverbal psychiatric patient whom Pippo Delbono met in 1995 and made the main actor in the company’s performances for 22 years, until his death shortly after the premiere of La Gioia. The cast tell their personal stories and take the audience on a journey through fleeting images of tango melancholy, clowning, paper boats, coloured rags, withered leaves, and rain of flowers.
